Wedding and Events Packages
Our wedding and event packages includes the following amenities
11 hour event rental time
On-site parking with one parking attendant
Tables and chairs for use in the barn for up to 140 people
One hour for photography prior to your big day
Large catering kitchen in the barn
Guest restroom facilities located in the event barn
Barn cleaning before your event
Climate-controlled barn with high ceilings and beautiful wooden beams
Gas fireplace in the barn
Herb Garden access
Communication with all your vendors regarding timeline and layout during the final two week of planning
Barn, Formal Garden, and Grounds
Our event package includes use of the barn, formal garden, and historic grounds. Our rental prices include our tables and chairs for use inside the barn and cleaning fees. Maximum capacity in the barn is 150 guests, including all guests and staff. For events hosting more than 150 guests, a tent is required. Our property is a great option for both indoor and outdoor events!
Rental Rates effective February 1, 2025
Peak Season - April, May, June, September, October, November
Friday or Sunday: $5,500
Saturday: $6,000
Non-Peak Season - January, February, March, July, August, December
Friday or Sunday: $4,500
Saturday: $5,000

Elopement Package
1 hour time slot
Maximum 15 Guests (does not include couple, photographer, and officiant)
No food or drink permitted
Standing Ceremony on the grounds
Pictures on the grounds for 30 minutes (included)
1 HOUR BETWEEN 10 AM AND 4 PM: $300
1 HOUR BETWEEN 4PM AND 7PM: $350
Microwedding #1
2.5 hour time slot (setup and cleanup included)
Seated ceremony on the grounds using TR chairs
Photography allowed on the grounds
Drinks and cake permitted
5 - 7 round tables and chairs for guests set up in barn or in front of barn
Couple provides linens, cake, drinks, and dishware to be set up by onsite staff
2 - 25 Guests - $1,500
26 - 50 Guests - $2,000
PLUS $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT
Microwedding #2
4 hour time slot (setup and cleanup included)
Seated ceremony on the grounds using TR chairs
Photography allowed on the grounds
Small reception on the grounds or in barn
*Limited catering, alcohol, and cake permitted
5 - 7 round tables and chairs for guests set up in barn or in front of barn
Couple provides linens, food and cake, drinks, and dishware to be set up by onsite staff
2 - 25 Guests - $2,500
26 - 50 Guests - $3,000
PLUS $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT
Grounds Access for Photos
Access to grounds for wedding or engagement shoots
