Today we are sharing past Christmas greetings from Today we are sharing past Christmas greetings from different eras of Historic Travellers Rest. The Dickinson family, descendants of John Overton, lived at Travellers Rest and operated an Arabian horse farm there from the early 1900s until the 1940s. The National Society of Colonial Dames of America in the State of Tennessee took possession of the property in 1954 and continue to restore and interpret the historic property today.
